The syndrome has five characteristic findings: Omphalocele Anterior diaphragmatic hernia Sternal cleft with or without ectopia cordis Diaphragmatic pericardium defects (no diaphragmatic pericardium) Intracardiac defect: ventricular septal defect, diverticulum of the left ventricle, Tetralogy of Fallot
