Patient is current smoker , having morning cough few time shown with grey color cough other symptoms including chest tightness while in closed places . What complication does this patient have ?

I'm leaning toward chronic bronchitis or asthma due to the mucus production & chest tightness for the ddx. If the patient has frequent infections, chronic bronchitis is higher on the list.
