Iris freckles

Iris freckles

Iris freckles are tiny, dark brown flecks on the surface of the colored part of the iris. This changes in the iris suggest that the person could have been overexposed to high cumulative doses of sunlight. Like skin freckles, they are caused by a buildup of melanin pigment. Nevertheless this lesions doesnt seems to have malignant potential. Credit: @gustavo_espinozamd
