Right sided colon cancer in asending or transverse clon proximal part small intestinal tumor is not coomon ca colon is common. stomach cancer usually have long ovious history of risk factors and usually present with gastric outlet obstruction so its most likly asending or transverse ca it usually present with aneamia and occult blood .sgmoid desending,,,, present usually with intestinal obstruction

There are multiple causes of bleed per rectum : ca colon, angiodysplasia, diverticulosis so colonoscopy have to be done for this patient.
