A 6 year old presented with persistent fever for 2weeks, he came with left side convulsions on examination he was feverish 38c,pale toxic looking, tachycardia,on cardiac examination there was pansystolic murmur over 3/4 left parasternal area and accentuated second heart sound, chest examination was free, on abdominal examination he had tender spleen what is the full diagnosis
