Chronic hemolysis.. Is the cause of such appearance.. Causes of chronic hemolysis are several.. But two most important are. 1. Thalassemia major. 2. Sickle cell anemia.

Excessive erythropoiesis is the cause for this kind of appearance. So the disease are those which increases the erythropoiesis & this happens in the diseases where there is greater hemolysis
