Tar burn
Young male at alsadir city baghdad / imam ali hospital , presented after tar burn , when presented to hospital tar was not hot , and wash the hand by normal saline , and theres is was no tween 80 , or disolvit cream , for that wash it carefully and try to clean and then use neosporin cream , burn gauze , and call hom to come back after 48 hours to clean all residual tar and remove it .
