What struck me about this article were the below tables. All of these ideas are wonderful for any caregivers that have to take care of family, not just ones that take care of veterans. These tables were also really powerful to me because I feel as a nurse I do not always do the best job of taking care of myself because I have a busy job and busy family life. So I feel that this article and the below tables are also helpful to all healthcare providers in remembering that we must take care of ourselves before we can help our patients!
