40 years old pateint with spiral fracture of left thigh assocated with femoral artery injury, after minutes develop tachypnea 28breath/min, tachycardia 104 with low spo2 88%. Normal Bp and Temperature.Yr opinion about low spo2 and tacypnea

Did patient throw a clot or air embolism? Artery injury, and sudden onset of tachypnea and low SpO2.
