Could you be recording your migraine attack wrongly? How much do you know about Cluster Headaches?

You may have seen "Cluster Headaches" in the attack type section when recording and wondered, "Is that what I've got?" There are high chances that you don't have cluster headaches because it's very rare i.e. 0.05% to 0.3% of the population gets them. Cluster headaches are said to be the most painful among headaches and the term cluster comes from how these attacks occur in groups. During a cluster cycle, brief, excruciatingly severe headache attacks occur between 8/10 times a day with pain severity of 10/10. Often people need to bang their head on wall to simply distract themselves.
