Brain tumor, meningioma involving both parietal hemispheres arising from falx cerebral removed through a small craniotomy on the right using keyhole principles. Minimally invasive keyhole principles discussed and shown. The surrounding dura and falx were widely cauterized to minimize risk of recurrence locally.
