The following symptoms in history are suggestive of and need further investigation suspected angina pectoris. A- Epigastric pine after meal B- Chest pain at night Which causes the patient to wake up C- Shortenss breath and tiredness in moderate exertion D- Tightening sensation in the throat during exertion
