But interesting thing is that it's not real the person who is having this, who is making fool to others it's a psychological problem. For eg. A child who is not want to go school then he complain to his parents he is having vomiting abdomen cramp but is is drama done by him to escape school next day same drama he do through this cycle is continue so it is called cyclic vomiting syndrome due to psychological problem
