Insulin

Why not keyxlate it's potassium binder.

insulin first choice! then kayxlate if needed but I would not forget to check bs or other labs because a bag of fluids will be needed and likley D5 1/2 would be a good choice as the bs gets low. What does RI stand for though?

And just because I've had a Wi-Fi speed and My phone likes to AutoCorrect medical terms doesn't mean I can't reply quicker than you. Not trying to be mean however your post is confusing and your second reply was very unnecessary

By the way I understand how keyexalate works just because I am new to this app and a nurse does not mean I am ignorant

Keyxlate and insulin both ok, but shouldn’t we consider giving Ca-gluconate as a priority depending on how high the levels are? So as to prevent cardiac complications? 🤔 just a curiosity?
