What’s your diagnosis?!

A 40 y/o female who has multiple spontaneity fractures and dwarfism, no deformities in bones, no any other significant medical history , no sign of blue sclera. She had both side bipolar hemi arthroplasty surgery 1 year ago and now the left one has been broken again. The C-xray shows that she has cardiomegaly and multiple ribs Fxs.

Her complaint might have started from any simple joint pain any arthritis .......if not treated properly can lead to cardiac problems......and vice versa..... treatment for the cardiomegaly should be the first line of treatment and then supplement with calcium and magnesium.....if i am wrong pls correct me

I didn’t describe the whole P/E , the pt has Dental displasia , and also she seems to have some early genu varum deformities, and her first bone Fx was at the age of 10 and her sister has the same problems; so now her diagnosis is Osteogenesis imperfecta type 4
