A 42 year old woman presented with headache,left side body pain mostly behind the left ear, excessive saliva with sweet taste, weakness, laziness, short temper, weight is approx 85 kg What is diagnosis?

Sudden onset or gradual? If sudden I'd say possibility of a stroke affecting MCA? Or if more gradual, maybe a rumor in the left temporal region?
