hypertension causes less blood supply to left ventricle through coronary arteries.embolism block coronary arteries as well as other arteries causing increased work load on heart.in anemia as there is less hb so heart has to work more so that tissue is supplied with more blood.thyrotoxicosis causes increase in systolic and decrease in diastolic pressure.mycardial infarct os the most common cause of heart failure.arrythmia may lead to damage of heart.diet with saturated fatty acid causes coronary artery disease.sedentary life sttle causes CAD . endocarditis causes damage to heart leasing to heart failure.
