25 year old female patient, complains of the following: Itchiness, swelling of the feet,hands,lips and face, headache and dizziness, loss of appetite, runny nose and flu like symptoms cough and wheezy chest occasional abdominal pain and difficulty walking, her symptoms started with itching during pregnancy and other symptoms appeared after delivery. Her symptoms are episodic and they improve with cortisone and prednisolone. Ps: there is no family history of similar symptoms. What's your DDX? Could it be hereditary angioedema? (Its my ddx but she saw many doctors with no answers)
