This is the actual video footage of brain surgery with removal of brain tumor (glioblastoma multiforme) which is the most aggressive brain tumor. Tumor had invaded the speech cortex and patient was mute as the result. The precise location of the tumor was determined using stereotactic navigation, and visualization of the abnormal tissue with high power magnification of the surgical microscope, however, confirmed with visualization under a 560-nm wavelength fluorescent light source. As the tumor grows won't it compress the normal brain tissue and cause neuronal death....? Then how could one able to fully recover if some neurons are damaged
