G2P1L1 ,26 year old lady presented to the OG dept ,34 weeks of gestation has come to hospital with chief complaints of pain and bleeding PV for past 2 hours..previous LSCS and LCB 2and half years before..LMP-20.09.2019.vitals stable ..routine investigations normal and Hb-10.2 g/dl.USG done bed side and shows placenta in lower uterine segment partially covering the internal os.. what is the best line of management in this patient?
