In hemorrhage, HR will increase to compensate the loss and maintain the blood pressure at the previous one.

D (Patent Ductus) Since Pulse pressure is affected by two main factors which are Stroke volume(directly proportional) & Arterial compliance (Inversely proportional) --- Patent ductus will increase Stroke volume hence increasing Pulse pressure since Aorta is connected with Pulmonary Artery.
