60 year old female patient, complain of this lesion which appeared few days ago on her forearm, it's painful and itchy. What's your DDX? Your management plan?

Is he immune compromised or any of his close contacts has this?Looks like Molluscum contagiousum. You can use topical Podophyllotoxin or 10 % Potassium hydroxide but definitive treatment will be electrocautery.
