50 year old male patient, presented to the clinic with right flank pain mimicking renal colic, few days later he presented with this rash on the right side of his abdomen and flank, DX of shingles was put and treatment with local and systemic acyclovir, what do you guys think? How to manage such patient? What meds to use for pain relief?
