Awake Brain Surgery: Video presentation of brain tumor resection.

Video presentation of awake surgical resection of a brain tumor located adjacent to motor speech area (Broca's) in a patient who had previously undergone radiation treatment for this tumor with unfortunate continued growth of the tumor. Patient was presented for surgical resection of the tumor as the last option as the tumor continued to grow.
