If ARB's and ACE-i are considered nephroprotective, then why would they cause acute kidney injury in renal artery stenosis?

Good question. I won’t tell it’s reason for otur development. If you solve the mechanism, you’ll become a real doctor. Here is your clue: what does hypertension do to arteriols, and what happens in renal arter stenosis?? Go, search and findπŸ˜‰πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
