Do you guys know what hypertension drugs that may cause syncope when first time administration??

Well any antihypertensive has the potential to cause syncope. Nitroprusside, nitrates in general. Then there’s prazosin especially with CHF. All your ACE inhibitors. Beta, alpha blockers. Hydralazine. Depends on the patient really.
