Brain surgery : Surgical resection of brain tumor with continued growth after radiation treatment.

Video presentation of surgical resection of a metastatic brain tumor which was previously treated with radio-surgery. Patient had visual field deficit which was resolved after the operation. Sodium Fluorescein-Guided Resection together with computer navigation was utilized to remove the entire tumor. Sir i have a doubt we know that nerve cells loose the capability of regeneration then how could brain gets healed after surgery what is the mechanism behind it
