A 35 years old females was doing well ,then she had dengue fever after which her platelets were getting low and had never rised from (53k )from last 3 years , now she is complaining of easy brusibility , bleeding gums and epistaxis for which she is on supportive treatment ,FDP's are in normal range and D-DIMERS are raised , Is it (ITP)?? Should we start( prednisolone) ? OR go straight for (rituximab therapy)? Her reports are next to this !!!
