Why diarrhoea occurs in addison's disease
I got the aswer Aldosterone also enhances sodium absorption from intestines. Addison's disease is adrenalcortical insufficiency therefore low aldosterone leads to sodium excretion.
I don't know the reason that's y i asked , so that someone could help me out
Low cortisol levels before bedtime and a steeper diurnal cortisol slope during the day may be related to bouts of diarrhea during the day. Sorry I don't remember the pathophysiology.
