Help me in diagnosing the disease with justification A 65-year-old patient complains of constant aching pains in the small joints of the hands, aggravated after work, by the end of the day, restriction of the movements of the fingers. In the morning, stiffness within 10-15 minutes. Periodically uses NSAID ointment with a short-term positive effect. On examination, the hands are slightly pasty, fingers are deformed, Heberden's nodules are traced. On radiographs of the hands, narrowing of the joint spaces of the interphalangeal joints, subchondral osteosclerosis.
