I am 20 years old girl, I am suffering from severe Hairfall since5-6year I am using minoxidil 2 since 3 years but I m not getting result plz suggest me what should I do....... N I m diffuse hairloss; hair is falling from all over the scalp so transplantion is not possible

Genetic causes are difficult to treat and also if scarring has occured hair growth will be difficult
