Road traffic accident
Patient of RTA came to casualty with open wound at foot. 1st and 2nd metatarsal can be seen through the wound. Patient is treated with traction and reduction of metatarsal . Sutures and slab was applied and patient was given medication for pain and antibiotics for infection
