Covid 19 patients in Afghanistan

There were 4 patients in the village, we call to team of covid 19 doctors and they came to hold theses patients and took to the hospital, They hold all 4 patients and try to took to the hospital, But unfortunately in the way ambulance enough the fuel and the patients pull it until reach to the hospital
