35 year-old female patient previously healthy presented to er for episode of palpitations, lightheadedness and presyncope. She was found to have a ventricular tachycardia on ecg. Lidocaine and concor were successful to control the abnormal rhythm. Patient reports history of same episodes since several years, but no investigations were done yet. No family history of cardiac problems. PE: no specific findings. Echocardiography done was within normal limits. TSH normal. What is the list of possible differential diagnosis for the cause of her ventricular tachycardia? What investigations should be ordered?
