The patient complains of severe pain in the left ear amplifying at chewing. Anamnesis of disease: The patient became ill three days ago, after a toilet ear with a safety match. The next day there was a pain in the ear, which gradually increased, acquired "bursty» character. Objectively: pain with pressure on the tragus of the left ear, parotid lymph nodes are increased, painful on palpation. Otoscopy: on the front wall of the cartilaginous part of the external auditory canal a bounded hyperemia and cone-shaped infiltration of skin, the presence of purulent rod in the infiltrate. Hearing acuity: whisper speech is normal.Which disease the patient is suffering from??

Most likely to be due to furnculosis EAM. Pain on chewing is due to pulling of cartilaginous part of meatus.
