Hello everyone, I am Miguel. I am a student in high school, 15 years old, and am very interested in becoming a pediatrician. The thing is, I have no idea what one has to do to get there. As of now I bought the blueprints pediatrics book, but I haven’t had time to look at it a lot lately. If anyone out there can help me, I would appreciate it. Thank you all and have a great day!!!!
I am 15 also. I’ve gone on college visits and asked questions about this type of stuff. First- graduate high school Second-Go to college with a pre-med major (most colleges will guide you with this one) Third- Attend medical school Fourth (optional)- Depending on if you change your mind about becoming a pediatrician, you could choose a medical specialty and go through a residency to become whatever you want to be in the medical field. It seems like a long process but you will get there! Stay goal oriented
