Point out ur Findings Dr

62 yr old male pt k/c/o CLD,DM on regular medication,now presented with c/o breathing difficulty for 2 days, sudden in onset , associated with rt sided chest pain, h/o cough for 2 days, non productive .H/o ascitic fluid tapping 2days back. H/o constipation. No h/o hemetemesis Malena ,fever, reversal of sleep. On examination, Normal vesicular breath sounds, Decreased air entry on rt lung. Crepitation in rt mammary region. Trachea appears central. Flapping tremors present. Soft,non tender ,Distended abdomen. Shifting dullness present,no organomegaly, paraumbilical hernia present. I will attch the latest x-ray, USG abdomen findings in the comments later .Kindly Point out ur Findings doctors.😄

Yeah . U r right Doctor . Rt sided Thoracentesis was done yesterday.

The pt had h/o use of indigenous drug use for an year , which resulted in liver damage . Now can u guess the etiopathological process behind the present condition of the pt using this clue and examination findings.
