Hypothetical scenario; i am given a chest x-ray without being told if it's a front-to-back or a back-to-front x-ray. How can I understand what it is if; 1)The patient has situs inversus 2)The patient doesn't have situs inversus ? Can i understand or do i lack information?

One of the outstanding feature is the clavicle in the front and scapular at the back
