Rinne test neg means bc>ac in the left ear.....webber lateralised to right means right ear nerve conduction normal( webber cancel air conduction)

It is left ear severe sensorineural hearing loss....if the left ear was giving true rinnie negative and had conductive deafness in the left ear then weber would have lateralized to the left ear but weber is lateralized to the right ear....so the ans is it is SNHL and left ear is giving false negative rinnie
