ICUpatient constipated
ICU patient 51/male Hypertensive. Poor compliance. Case of cvd bleed left putamen. Post pteronial craniectomy. Hospital acquired pneumonia. Physical exam: Protruberant abdomen yan. Hypoactive. Dull in percussion. Hypokalemic. On. Going correction With ngt.

Toxic megacolon, might be from pseudomembranous colitis secondary to pneumonia antibiotic treatment.
