Apples at night produce gas and can severely discomfort us...also the acid(as malic acid is in apples) level increase in stomach greater than normal levels and can cause uneasy to us...so studies advise APPLE INTAKE IS BEST IN MORNING HOURS (AS THEY STIMULATE YOUR BOWEL MOVEMENT better than any other fruit)...don't forget to eat it with peel as it has high dietary fiber ๐๐ค๐
