First, I am sorry that your mother has passed away and wish you and your family all strength in the coming period. To get more information about the diagnosis of your mother, I advise you to ask for a consult with her treating physician or her general practitioner. He/she will have more information (all the different MRI’s, the radiologist report, her symptoms) and can answer your questions better than people on social media (and you can’t be sure any of us are actual physicians/health care workers). Before you go in, write down all the questions you have and take a friend or relative to the appointment. Two people hear more than one. Some physicians are ok with audio taping the conversation so you can listen to it again if you don’t remember everything that is said (you’ll have to ask permission to the physician first).
