This man was doing some fence work when he slipped and instinctively tried to hold on one of the spearheads, which pierced and got lodged through the palm of his hand. Luckily enough, it missed all the main blood vessels in the hand. The spearhead was removed, wound was thoroughly irrigated and inspected for any signs of tendon/nerve/vessel damage.
