I mean, yes. You’re right that it *is* someone’s precious child. That precious child had ears very low. Ears develop from gill slits. They usually migrate into position. They did not, in this case. So, which did you find disrespectful: my pointing out a fact about the child, or that I was using informal language because I think this kid is probably a pretty cool person who would like positive attitudes?

As we all know that the exact cause of any kind of congenital anomaly is not known..i think that maternal age can be a factor because the mother was 35 years..or else any kind of abnormal mutation

The most important notice about this case is the absence of mandible .. which makes ears too close to each other .. bilateral cleft lip with hypoplastic frontal bone suggest frontonasal prominence defect
