Meningioma Surgery: Brain Surgery and Removal of a Large Brain Tumor Near Motor Cortex

Video clip of surgical resection of a large meningioma (brain tumor) overlying primary motor cortex with heavy calcification. She underwent surgical resection of this tumor using computer navigation and stereotaxy. Sodium Fluorescein guided microscopy was used as an adjunct.
