WHO stages of astrocytoma are, 1) I/IV - pilocyting astrocytoma (non-infiltrating). The rest 3 are infiltrating astrocytomas 2) II/IV - Diffuse Astrocytoma 3) III/IV Anaplastic Astrocytoma 4) IV/IV - Glioblastoma(multiforme). So this is kinda' most serious among benign....
