Metalbezoar
A female aged 43 years old with psychiatric disorders presented by abdominal pain and vomiting for 10 days, she has a history of foriegn body ingestion. This is a rare condition called "Metalbezoar". Urgent Exploration was done. Gastrotomy to extract "nails, pens, spoon, woods, hair, metal chain and tooth brush" from the stomach.
