👉🏻 Stage 2nd nephroblastoma :- tumor extends beyound the kidney 

👉🏻 *Stage 3rd* nephroblastoma :- tumor spreads abdomons and lymphy nodes .

👉🏻Stage 4th *nephroblastoma* :- tumor metastasis lungs ,. Liver. ,bone ,. Lymph node 

👉🏻 Stage 5th :- bilateral renal involments 
       

👉🏻 Wilms tumor with children who have stage 1st. and. 2nd localized tumor ..........  have a  90% chances of cure with *multimodal therapy.* 

👉🏻 If both kindey are involved treated with *chemotherapy* / radiation therapy.
