Xeroderma pigmentosum
Xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) is a rare autosomal recessive genetic disorder of DNA repair in which the ability to repair damage caused by ultraviolet light is deficient. Mostly affects the eyes and areas of skin exposed to the sun.
