And Examination Patient is altered sensorium GCS E4V2M5 Pupils BERL...... RT. LL reduced Movement ?aphasia A CT Head is performed what is the most likely diagnosis

the ventricles are quite dilated could point towards hydrocephalus, i cant see of there is a stroke as the image isnt very clear
